Culinary Arts

Basic fuel on to culinary artistry. Some of our best memories are with food!

Culinary Arts ProgramCreate, Cook, and Craft Your Future

Food is more than fuel—it’s creativity, culture, and connection. In the Culinary Arts Program, students learn everything from the basics of professional cooking to the artistry of designing and plating dishes that truly inspire.

You’ll start with knife skills, food safety, and classic cooking techniques, then move into baking and pastry, global cuisines, catering, and restaurant operations. The highlight of the program? Students get to run a professional kitchen right on campus—planning menus, preparing meals, and serving guests. It’s real-world experience that builds confidence and teamwork while preparing you for life in the fast-paced culinary industry.

Along the way, students have the chance to compete in culinary showcases and national competitions like SkillsUSA, testing their skills against the best and gaining recognition that can open doors to future opportunities.

Culinary Arts is about more than cooking—it’s about opportunity. With skills that can take you anywhere in the world, from food trucks and farm-to-table restaurants to hotels, bakeries, military, cruise ships, and resorts, this program prepares you to thrive in one of the most exciting and creative industries out there.
